MAXIMA started its operations in Estonia in 2001, having opened its first store in Pärnu. In 2007, first MAXIMA XX stores were opened in the country, and in 2008 the first MAXIMA XXX store was opened in Pärnu. Currently, the Company holds almost 14% market share with 52 MAXIMA shopping centres.
Staff of MAXIMA Eesti OÜ consists of over 2 000 members, and since 2009 it is headed by Mr. Renatas Vaitkevičius.
