Kęstutis Gailius, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Maxima LT, will continue his career in one of Maxima Grupė‘s companies Emperia Holding S.A., that operates Polish retail chain Stokrotka. He will join the company as CFO. K. Gailius was also appointed the Vice President of the Management Board of Emperia Holding S.A.

“We believe that Kęstutis’ work experience and competence will contribute to the successful integration of Emperia Holding S.A. and ensure smooth cooperation between the teams. At the same time, it is a proof that Maxima Grupė is maturing as an international business, where highly qualified employees can seek career opportunities not only in Lithuania but in our companies abroad as well,“ said Dalius Misiūnas, the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Maxima Grupė.

K. Gailius joined Maxima LT in July 2016 as the Director of the Commercial Analysis Department, afterwards becoming Maxima LT CFO. He has 15 years of work experience in the financial sector.

“An opportunity to take up such a responsible role in dynamic Polish retail market is an interesting and valuable professional challenge. I sincerely thank the whole Maxima LT team for the results we have achieved. Working here has given me a great deal of experience that I will be able to apply in my new position,” said K. Gailius.

Maxima LT will begin searching for a new CFO in the nearest future.
