Private Limited Liability Company “Vilniaus prekyba” is a holding company (hereinafter – the Holding) that operates retail and pharmacy chains in the Baltic States, Poland, and Bulgaria through other sub-holding companies.
The Company that gave a start to the present structure was registered on the 5th of March 2003, yet the holding company itself was established only in December 2004, when, during reorganisation, shareholders contributed to the company their shares held in other companies. The Holding was restructured several times aiming at making its management more effective and refining its activities. Today, the Holding is focused on operation and development of retail and pharmacy chains. Moreover, the Holding works in close cooperation with AKROPOLIS GROUP, UAB.
