Maxima Grupe Supervisory Board has been joined by two new members: Ignas Staškevičius, small shareholder of Vilniaus Prekyba‘s group of companies, and Raimonda Kižienė, Chairwoman and CEO of Euroapotheca. Jolanta Bivainytė, Head of Nerijus Numavičius‘s family office Talka LT, has been elected as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board. Petras Jašinskas will no longer be a member of the Supervisory Board, as he has resigned from his duties voluntarily.
“We appreciate Petras's significant contribution to the successful development and expansion of the organization. At the same time, we respect his choice and believe that the experience he has gained in the group will allow him to confidently move towards the next stage of career,” commented Marius Čatrauskas, Chairman of the Vilniaus Prekyba Board.
“The knowledge I have gained over ten years working in different companies of Vilniaus Prekyba is very valuable to me. I hope to apply the accumulated experience in new activities,” said P. Jašinskas.
According to M. Čatrauskas, the newly formed Supervisory Board consists of professional members who has a broad business management experience. Strengthening of the management structure will help Maxima Group move towards the new stage of operations.
