We continuously improve and adopt new digital technologies to make shopping smoother and more enjoyable for our customers. To provide a better shopping experience, we are standardizing our store formats across the Baltic region so that customers can more easily find products through consistent layouts and assortments in stores of similar size.

In the second half of 2023, we began introducing new self-checkout terminals that will reduce the number of actions required from our employees when operating the terminals, making the entire process faster for our customers.

To better serve our diverse customer base, we offer multiple ways to participate in our loyalty programs, including a traditional physical loyalty card and an easy-to-use mobile app. These tailored options ensure that every customer can enjoy personalized discounts and rewards in the way that suits them best.
